Further Data Enrichment to Support:

Deduplication

Identifying duplicates in your data is essential to create a Single Customer View giving you an accurate view of your customer, improving customer service and reducing costs. Our advanced Deduplication service that has been developed and refined over our many years, it references look up tables and incorporates advanced phonetic and fuzzy logic to deliver the best results.  We deliver a number of proven standard options, but also provide complete flexibility and can create bespoke rules to ensure duplicates are identified in a way that meets our client’s requirements.

Merge

Duplicate records often contain unique information and it is essential that this is retained, our merge process effectively consolidates all relevant information within the Duplicate records creating master records that can be relied upon. We work with our clients to create the rules considering all elements that link to a record, these are built using a combination of factors including the original source of the data, frequency that elements occur and recent activity. The end result is master records containing accurate information including accurate contact details, marketing permissions, complete transactional summary, full activity history.

Standardisation

To deliver effective customer communications, create accurate reporting, promote good experience for users of your system, it is essential that data is formatted correctly and contained in the appropriate field.  We can deliver a full appraisal of your data which includes analysis of all key fields to identify where improvements can be made including casing inconsistency, data that is stored in incorrect fields, repeated values, common data errors, values that do not meet the required field parameters, data that has been truncated due to field lengths amongst others. Our service standardises the data using our established processes to correct casing, standardise common abbreviations, move data to the correct field, eliminate common data errors and repeated values.
