This is likely due to an invalid API key. Make sure you have set up your API keys correctly according to our guide and entered the API keys correctly in the configuration. 

To uninstall the email and telephone validation solution, simply follow the installation guide in reverse, removing any additions to your forms such as scripts and custom fields.

The solution will be ready to uninstall after these steps have been completed.

Each validation check will cost 1 credit. You can purchase more credits and see how many credits you have available from our Data8 portal.

Email and telephone validation will not make any noticeable change in performance. Only when a validation check is made, an API call is made, this could take some time to resolve but it will not affect the performance of you overall environment.

A way to check if you have completed the configuration process is to open the “Data8 Validation Configuration” app and select “Form Configuration” along the top. Select the table and form you have the validation set up and you will see a list of steps completed or any steps that have been missed. 

Another reason your validation is not working could be invalid API keys. Ensure you have created a server side and client side API key with the correct allowed domain.
