A well-known Government Body were finding that the addresses they were capturing across their online systems were poor quality. This was creating issues in service delivery and resulting in a high number of undeliverable mail pieces.
Once identified the addresses were manually checked and updated to ensure the relevant information and support was provided.
Although this solved the issue, it absorbed a significant amount of resource and considerably increased the time taken to deliver the required services. It was identified that an address verification tool was required.
